With Džindić's appointment as minister, a network is woven: Workers believe TMR will buy UNIS Tools!

Nermin Džindić, SBB's new Minister of Energy, Mining and Industry of FBiH has already started working, and as announced, he should establish order in the defense industry, writes the news agency Patria.

But, what will Džindić's first tasks be, wonder the workers of Unis Tools, who have long been out of favor with Prime Minister Fadil Novalić.

It is known that Džindić, along with Novalić, the Prime Minister of FBiH, has good connections and acquaintances, and they are also linked by a common company, “Termo Metal Resist” (TMR).

TMR has been identified by the workers of Unis Tools as a potential buyer of Unis Tools, and the Government of FBiH has included Unis Tools among the companies that need to be urgently sold.

- We don't know what will happen. We know Džindić, because he was also the director of Pretisa for a while. So, he knows what troubles the workers of Unis Tools. The strike committee of this company has already had some meetings, and by Monday we will see what's next – says one Unis Tools worker.

The workers requested that Unis Tools not go into bankruptcy, but the request to initiate bankruptcy proceedings was filed with the court by Suvad Osmanagić, the current advisor to the federal Prime Minister Fadil Novalić, and former director of Unis Group.

The reason is a debt of 200,000 KM owed by Tools. Osmanagić was dismissed as director of Unis Group in January, so the workers dispute his signature on the bankruptcy request, which they have also warned the court about in writing.

Now Džindić, well-known to the workers of Unis Tools, is also involved in the story, and they suspect his sincere intentions.

- They are all connected, that is evident. They are creating a network, all to benefit themselves. Perhaps we should wait and see what happens for a while, although we are not optimistic. They are interested in the tool shop space. Novalić even publicly stated on one occasion that there is no better location within the Pretisa complex – explains a worker.

It should be noted that Prime Minister Novalić was also the chairman of the Supervisory Board of Unis Tools, and his current chief of staff Samir Iskrić is a member of the same Supervisory Board.

Iskrić has already been mentioned in the public as a long-time friend of Novalić from the time of the Cimos company, where Novalić was the director and Iskrić managed the finances. Cimos then sponsored the Gradačac FK Zvijezda, and Iskrić also managed the finances there.

Precisely because of all this, the workers of Unis Tools suspect that they want to merge them with the company TMR, in which Prime Minister Novalić again has a stake.
