DOCTORAL STUDIES Ministry will co-finance 24 recipients of Golden Badges

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Ministry of Science, Higher Education and Youth of Sarajevo Canton is committed to placing young people at the center of all activities, especially towards scientific excellence and youth, and creating better conditions for studying and further progress in all aspects of their lives and work.

As a form of continuity in supporting scientific excellence, the Ministry will co-finance 24 candidates enrolled in the first year of doctoral studies for the academic year 2021/2022, specifically participants of the III cycle of studies at the University of Sarajevo, who are recipients of the "Golden Badge of the University of Sarajevo" award.

"Recipients of the 'Golden Badges' have earned full institutional support through their efforts and results shown in the previous period, and with their knowledge, they form the pillars and backbone of the scientific community and society as a whole, both in Bosnia and Herzegovina and beyond," the Ministry stated.

The Ministry will continue to provide full and unconditional support to students, scientists, and youth in Sarajevo Canton in the future, in the hope that the allocated financial resources for support and co-financing will increase from year to year.
