Evidence that Dilberović is misleading the public: Trbalić also received an invitation for the ceremony, there was no technical error

Students of the educational institutions “Bosna Seme” who achieved outstanding results at international olympiads in mathematics and physics this year did not receive awards from the Federal Ministry of Education and Science at the ceremony in Mostar, Patria reports.

The public is disturbed, explanations are being sought, and the Minister of Education of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Elvira Dilberović (SDA), still does not have an adequate explanation. Dilberović shifts the blame to cantonal ministers and technical errors, claiming that the student, now a student at the prestigious „Massachusetts Institute of Technology“ (MIT) in Boston, Bahrudin Trbalić, was not on the list because next to his name it said "primary school".

This claim by the minister is not true, as evidenced by the original list published on the FMON website, which included Trbalić, with the International High School next to his name. Therefore, the minister is knowingly misleading the public to justify her (in)action.

- In a democratic state, one should first examine the matter and then make claims. These same students received awards last year for their achievements, especially for their accomplishments at olympiads, because the federal ministry financed or co-financed the olympiads. After all, I was the initiator of the item at the FBiH Government to support them with 10,000 KM - Dilberović stated.

However, the minister should check all established facts herself and not think that the people in BiH are so illiterate that they cannot figure out what this is about. But, even if it were a technical error, how is it possible that Trbalić received an invitation to attend the ceremony where the award was supposed to be presented to him?

The invitation sent to Trbalić bears the signature of Minister Dilberović, and her explanations are not sufficient. Because besides Trbalić, other students from the Bosna Seme schools were also omitted, even though they achieved commendable results.

Trbalić's parents were subsequently informed not to come to Mostar, because Bahrudin would not receive an award! Both parents of this genius are unemployed and live on daily wages working for others.

Students claim they were not rewarded because they attended high schools in BiH associated with Fethullah Gulen, which Turkish authorities consider part of the terrorist organization FETO.

How deeply politics and punishment of students from possibly undesirable schools were involved in all this should be explained by the competent ministry.
