While Sarajevo Prosecutor's Offices Remain Silent: RS Police File Report Against Monetize Owner, Linked to Numerous Criminals

(Patria) - RS police have filed a criminal complaint for committed criminal offenses against Ajdin Brković, co-owner of the Sarajevo company Monetize a.d., Istraga.ba has learned.

Brković is accused of committing the criminal offenses of fraud in economic operations, misleading consumers, and unauthorized use of personal data.

"Police officers of the Banja Luka Police Administration today filed a Report with the District Public Prosecutor's Office in Banja Luka against individual A.B. from Sarajevo, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that he has committed the criminal offenses of 'Fraud in economic operations', 'Misleading consumers', and 'Unauthorized use of personal data'," the RS Ministry of Internal Affairs announced today.

The mentioned individual, the statement further reads, is suspected of committing the aforementioned criminal offenses in the period up to October 29, 2023, as a responsible person in a legal entity from Sarajevo, in a way that, in order to gain unlawful property benefit and to put a larger volume of products into circulation, he misled consumers about the healing properties and effectiveness of the products, and allowed the publication of false interviews with three injured parties from Banja Luka, thereby using their reputation, he misled a larger number of consumers who purchased a product that does not correspond to the actual quality of the product.

Several reports have been filed against Monetize a.d. in the past, but they have never been processed. Several were at the KS Prosecutor's Office, in the department for economic crime, which was recently headed by prosecutor Nina Šahinpašić.

Other reports against Monetize were at SIPA, or rather at the BiH Prosecutor's Office, but indictments were never filed.

Incidentally, the legal representative of Monetize until recently was Mirsad Crnovršanin, a former associate of state prosecutor Dubravko Čampara. Crnovršanin has a joint law office with Maida Čampara, the wife of prosecutor Dubravko Čampara.

In addition to Crnovršanin, Alena Begović, the daughter of the commander of the FUP Special Unit who was arrested in April this year for cooperation with the Tito and Dino drug cartel, also handled legal matters at Monetize.

Ibrahim Miladin, an escort of drug boss Edin Gačanin, who was previously a special forces member in FUP and employed in FUP during the ministerial mandate of Aljoša Čampara, has been working for Monetize a.d. for years.

In addition to Miladin, the Call Center, whose founders are Mustafa Mehičević and Jasmin Jasika, also worked for Monetize.

Mustafa Mehičević is a convicted murderer who recently shot at Amir Pašić Faća, who also has a significant police record.

Two years ago, Raskrinkavanje and FakeNews Tragač discovered that a complex network of companies registered in various countries stood behind the manipulative sale of various health preparations sold on hundreds of websites in the region. One of those companies was Monetize ad.

Bombs have been thrown at the headquarters of Monetize several times.
