While Zukić is in custody, Halid Genjac will replace him

The leadership of the Party of Democratic Action has made a decision on who will replace the Secretary General Amir Zukić, who was arrested on Friday, February 17, and for whom a one-month detention has been ordered. Given his position, someone from within the Party's financial sector will replace him in the financial part of his duties.

The political part of his duties will be performed by Halid Genjac, president of the SDA Main Board and delegate in the House of Peoples of the BiH Parliament, has been confirmed to Patria by the top SDA leadership.

We remind you that Zukić was arrested along with his driver Seid Fazlagić, a member of the SDA. Zukić is suspected of criminal offenses of association for the purpose of committing criminal offenses, receiving rewards or other benefits for influence peddling in connection with employment in public and state enterprises and institutions, and Fazlagić for aiding the perpetrator after the commission of a criminal offense.
