Agreement of the Alliance for Change: Zoran Đerić new director of the Service for Foreigners of BiH

Zoran Đerić, current advisor to the member of the BiH Presidency Mladen Ivanić and long-time high official of the PDP, is the most serious candidate of the Alliance for Change for the director of the Service for Foreigners of BiH, writes the Patria news agency.

Đerić, in addition to extensive political experience, also has experience gained from working in police agencies. He served one term as the Minister of Interior of the RS.

The Presidency of the PDP has given its support to Đerić. It has already been agreed with the SDS and NDP that this extremely important position in the security sector should go to a cadre from Ivanić's party.

The public competition for the position of director of the Service for Foreigners has been closed. Five candidates applied, and according to the agreement within the Alliance for Change, Zoran Đerić will be elected as director.

The formation of the Commission for the selection of the director is underway, after which interviews with candidates will be conducted, followed by the selection of the best candidate.

As Patria learns, Đerić will renounce all party functions in the PDP, because a party official cannot hold this position.
