(Patria) - The President of SNSD and RS did not like the US Embassy's analysis of the Bakinci document regarding the integrity of the election process. The Embassy expressed concern that conditions under which electoral irregularities can occur will remain.
Dodik lashed out at the US Ambassador, asking him if there is a parliamentary group of Michael Murphy with whom we should "negotiate our laws".
"Interference in political processes and agreements within BiH is, to say the least, insolent. With today's statement, you send an unambiguous message: 'We want to be the ones who matter and decide here. The representatives of the three peoples have no business agreeing, it will be as we say. Elections are not an opportunity for Serbs, Bosniaks, and Croats to elect representatives who will work for their interests, but who will serve us.
It is difficult for me to shake the impression that Murphy openly wants instability in BiH.
It is particularly interesting that Michael Murphy, who was delegated by an administration after whose election we witnessed the greatest crisis in the US, the attack on the Capitol, and the absence of a peaceful transfer of power, is talking to us about the integrity of the election process. Unfortunately, we also witnessed human casualties.
And now, when America is on the verge of a new electoral crisis, Michael Murphy's team is trying to lecture us about the integrity of the election process. Get yourselves together.
SNSD stands by the agreement reached on January 18. We call on all other parties that participated in the agreement to declare whether they stand by it after the illegitimate interference of the US Embassy," Dodik stated.
