(Patria) - Archbishop and Metropolitan of Banja Luka, Jefrem, visited the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, at his family home, on the eve of the upcoming Christmas.
Dodik himself also posted on social media, as he has not appeared in public since undergoing surgery on December 9 in Belgrade.
"I am pleased with today's visit by His Eminence Archbishop and Metropolitan of Banja Luka, Mr. Jefrem, to my family home on the eve of the upcoming holidays and the most joyous Christian holiday, Christmas," Dodik stated on the social network X.
Dodik underwent surgery on his stomach and esophagus, which is why his trial at the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has been postponed. The next hearing is scheduled for January 29, the Court of BiH decided at a status conference last week. Dodik and Miloš Lukić are on trial for not complying with the decisions of the High Representative.
The published photograph clearly shows that Dodik has lost several kilograms after the surgery.
