Dodik 'hurts' Constitutional Court decisions: BiH removed from the map of the European path

(Patria) - Yesterday's session of the Constitutional Court shows the complete failure of BiH, wrote the President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik on his X account today.

He stated that "those who try to pursue this policy, which is based on force, have lost all criteria for legal proceedings".

"Usually, it is expected that the Constitutional Court is a legal body, but it has long since become political. The making of decisions that abolish everything and anything, indicates that they have lost their compass and are not functioning to defend Dayton BiH, or constitutional BiH.

They are creators of a new BiH, and this BiH is only in the interest of one nation, and they will, obviously, lose this battle," believes Dodik.

He notes that "Republika Srpska has long stated its position on the Constitutional Court and will continue to act accordingly".

"The fact that they accepted to work and violate their own rules, and that only domestic judges can be members, presidents, and vice-presidents of the Court, collapsed yesterday with the fact that a German citizen is the vice-president of the Constitutional Court.

When you add to that that a German citizen is also the fake High Representative, then it speaks to how and what Germany plans to do here. I think they have entangled themselves and their decisions no longer have the power they once had.

Any decision that cannot be implemented is meaningless. What they have done is completely unimplementable and should be viewed as such. This is a classic proof of the destruction of the Dayton Agreement," emphasized Dodik.

He added that "it has been a long time since the international factor made a decision like this one from the Constitutional Court, which destroys the Dayton Agreement".

"The Americans, through Murphy, their ambassador, say that none of their citizens have said that Republika Srpska should be destroyed, yet they do it every day. They think people are naive and don't see what is happening here.

The voluntarism of Murphy and other ambassadors, German and British, in BiH, is obviously behind these decisions of the Constitutional Court.

With these decisions, BiH is almost paralyzed, it is removed from the map of the European path. These are primarily anti-European decisions and are not in line with Republika Srpska's efforts to follow the European path," concluded Dodik.
