Dodik threatened Serbs who remain in BiH Court and Prosecutor's Office with property confiscation!

(Patria) - Milorad Dodik, president of Republika Srpska, is visiting Zvornik today, arriving by helicopter. The head of the Zvornik Police Administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska, Aleksandar Vasiljević, reported to him. A central search is underway for Dodik, who is suspected of the criminal offense of attack on the constitutional order. Dodik's visit was secured by strong police forces with long guns.

In a statement to the media, he said that a Special Prosecutor's Office and Court will soon be formed and will prosecute all those who are banned from working and are found on the territory of Republika Srpska.

"Anyone who appears in Republika Srpska with the identification of the Court, Prosecutor's Office, and SIPA will be detained. Disobeying the decisions of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska is punishable by imprisonment from five months to five years. And there is this, and we will incorporate it into the law. Anyone who continues to work there and usurps the position of Republika Srpska, because these are the positions of Republika Srpska, we are studying ways so that those who continue to work in the Court and Prosecutor's Office will have their property confiscated, and we will consider doing that, and then let them prove that they are right, and we are not," Dodik said.

Dodik said that by the end of the day, some SIPA employees will transfer to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska.

"We approached carefully and passed laws so that what is not in the constitution cannot function. We are carrying out these tasks. The good news is that the director of SIPA has remained committed to the policy of Republika Srpska. I am sorry that some think differently, but that is their choice. We will not hesitate to make all important decisions," Dodik said.

He said that he ordered a list to be made of all those who work in the HJPC, who are representatives of courts and prosecutor's offices, and if they are from Republika Srpska and continue to work there and be judges, that court will be abolished.

The matter will be resolved at the moment when it is clear who is implementing which laws where. Republika Srpska has the strength to implement its laws, and BiH does not have the strength to implement its invented laws."
