Dodik: The Law on the Court has not been harmonized and will be adopted when it includes solutions acceptable to the Serb side

(Patria) - The President of Republika Srpska and SNSD, Milorad Dodik, announced on the X network today that the Law on the Court of BiH has not yet been agreed upon.

"The Law on the Court has not been harmonized and will only be adopted when it includes solutions acceptable to the Serb side. Someone is trying to exploit the European narrative and introduce new competencies for the appellate court through the back door. That will not happen. The law will be respected at the BiH level, and the Court of BiH will only apply laws adopted by the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH in accordance with the BiH Constitution," Dodik stated.

We remind you that this law is on the agenda for tomorrow's session of the Council of Ministers of BiH, although Republika Srpska claims there is no agreement.

"The time has come for us to become part of the EU, and this will be a confirmation of the independence and sovereignty of BiH with all European achievements, which mean that no individual, fake or real, representative of anyone, can be above parliament and make decisions instead of the elected representatives of the people in BiH," Dodik stated.

He stated that all political representatives in BiH have undertaken the obligation to jointly fulfill what is required of us on the path to the EU.

"This includes making decisions that are harmonized and confirmed by all participants in the way we agreed and through the bodies established for this purpose.

Any deviation from this is an attempt to undermine agreed-upon solutions. BiH has been a captive and completely dysfunctional entity since its inception. Representatives of Bosniaks have preferred to talk with representatives of the international community for years, expecting them to provide solutions and do their job, instead of talking to us.

Republika Srpska is firmly committed to creating an environment where foreign interference is unacceptable, and agreement is the basis of everything. This is also shown by all the adopted laws, which could not have come into effect without the approval of Republika Srpska. For us, the most important thing is that Republika Srpska has maintained complete independence within its framework.

Agreed-upon solutions have spoiled the plans of arrogant and lying individuals like Schmidt and Murphy and have shown that agreement can be reached," Dodik stated in his post.
