(Patria) - The president of the BiH entity Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, said that RS will apply its laws regardless of the decision of the "crippled" Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina because it, as such, "cannot decide", RTRS reports.
Dodik noted that the National Assembly of RS passed a law on the non-application of decisions of the BiH Constitutional Court because it is "not legal, not constitutional".
He stated that the Constitution says that the BiH Constitutional Court has nine members, and it has seven, and therefore it is not filled and cannot make decisions.
"But they think they can implement everything in such a crippled way, but that will not change the situation," Dodik said.
We remind you that the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina adopted a temporary measure at today's extraordinary session, suspending the disputed laws passed by the National Assembly of Republika Srpska. Let us remind you, these are the laws that prohibit the work of SIPA, the BiH Prosecutor's Office, the BiH Court, and the HJPC BiH in that entity.
