Dodik: Prosecutors don't know formal procedure, indictment cannot be filed without an act!

(Patria) - The main hearing in the case against Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik and acting Director of the Official Gazette Miloš Lukić, being heard at the Court of BiH, has been postponed after Dodik's defense requested the recusal of the prosecutors.

Dodik stated that the Prosecutor's Office of BiH is unserious and irresponsible, and that prosecutors do not know the formal procedure.

"The judge acted correctly because they respect the procedure, as do we, unlike the Prosecutor's Office which does not," Dodik said.

"What kind of country is this, I'm not just talking about myself, but about anyone here, from war crimes onwards. What kind of attitude is this towards the victims? The prosecution cannot file an indictment if there is no act. The previous judge cannot accept an indictment without a single element. Do you think I enjoy walking around, I have more important things to do. I couldn't land today due to fog, do you know the cost of that?", Dodik said.

He reiterated that the Court does not deserve respect.

"According to the law, when a judge enters, everyone stands up, and well, I asked why I am here, under what law. That's what I wanted to ask, because I am here by decision. That's what I wanted to ask, but the judge didn't allow me to," Dodik said, and repeated:

"Court proceedings have been rigged for years. Serious money is being taken for this. You will get nothing from Dodik except criminal charges when all this is over," Dodik added.
