
SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Member of the BiH Presidency Milorad Dodik spoke by phone with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan about the current situation in which BiH, Turkey, and the world find themselves, caused by the coronavirus pandemic, RTRS reports.
Dodik and Erdogan agreed that this global problem requires general measures and a global response.
The Turkish President promised the member of the BiH Presidency assistance in medical supplies for Bosnia and Herzegovina, which are necessary in the fight against the coronavirus, as well as free export of medical supplies from Turkey used in such epidemics.
During the day, Dodik, along with Dragan Čović (HDZ BiH), Fahrudin Radončić (SBB and BiH Security Minister), and Bakir Izetbegović (SDA President), held a meeting with the Head of the EU Delegation, Johann Sattler, from whom they requested that the flow of medical goods and pharmaceutical products from the EU to BiH be enabled.
