Dodik: Only the naive think we are making hasty moves

The suspension of the execution of the BiH Constitutional Court's decisions on the territory of Republika Srpska with tomorrow's decision of the RS Parliament is something I advocate for and strive for, said the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, for RTRS.

"This can last for a month, a year, or it can be permanent. If they try to do something after that, we will proceed accordingly," Dodik stated, announcing that RS will respond adequately.

"Only the naive can think that we are making hasty moves. BiH must return to Dayton," Dodik said.

He emphasized that Republika Srpska also has a Bill on the Constitutional Court of BiH.

"They are removing three foreign judges from the Constitutional Court from it. Republika Srpska elects three, and the FBiH elects six more. There will be a total of nine. The law will stipulate that a quorum must include the participation of all. The decision must have one vote from a Serb, a Croat, and a Bosniak for it to be valid," Dodik stated, commenting on the latest decisions of the Constitutional Court, as well as the announcement of the NSRS which will discuss the Bill on the Non-Application of Decisions of the Constitutional Court of BiH in RS.

Dodik said that if this does not happen, overvoting will render everything meaningless.
