Dodik with Vučić in Belgrade: How did the fugitive from BiH justice leave Bosnia and Herzegovina?

(Patria) - RS President Milorad Dodik is staying in Batajnica near Belgrade tonight, where "Remembrance Day" is being observed to mark the anniversary of the NATO bombing, although a central warrant has been issued for him.

According to the warrant, Dodik can be arrested by any police officer in the country, as well as border police. Therefore, travelling across the border should be impossible for him.

Despite everything, Dodik is in Serbia tonight, where he is observing the anniversary of the bombing of Serbia in the company of Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić.

According to the rules, in order for someone to fly a helicopter and cross the border, border control must have been carried out at airports or at other pre-arranged locations with the presence of police officers from the BiH Border Police.

However, this can unfortunately be avoided. In the event that the helicopter with Dodik came from the RS Ministry of Internal Affairs base or from a meadow near Prnjavor, the BiH Border Police cannot control it if it has not been announced in advance.

This is why integrated border management and cooperation within police agencies and intelligence services exist to preserve a country's security, writes N1.

We remind you that if a central warrant has been issued for a person, each of the 16 police agencies and administrations in BiH is obliged to arrest them. This is how current laws at all levels of government, from cantonal, through entity, to state level, prescribe.

This would mean that representatives of the RS Ministry of Internal Affairs should also arrest representatives of the leadership of this BiH entity for whom a warrant has been issued - Milorad Dodik, Radovan Višković, and Nenad Stevandić.

However, the Minister of Internal Affairs of RS, Siniša Karan, stated earlier that no one would be arrested.

The President, Prime Minister, and Speaker of the National Assembly - Milorad Dodik, Radovan Višković, and Nenad Stevandić are suspected of attacking the constitutional order, and a central warrant has been issued for them for that reason.
