Dodik: Indictment against me and Ivanić to be filed over RS Day referendum

President of the Republika Srpska entity Milorad Dodik said today in Belgrade that he has been informed that in ten days an indictment will be filed against him and the Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Mladen Ivanić over the referendum on RS Day, which was organized on September 25, 2016, Patria reports.

We recall, the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina opened an investigation into the case related to the non-execution of the Decision of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Dodik was questioned on December 30, 2016. Members of the Referendum Commission were also questioned as suspects, including the Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of Bosnia and Herzegovina Mirko Šarović, representative in the National Assembly of Republika Srpska Vukota Govedarica, and numerous others.

Ivanić was questioned on January 24 as a suspect for aiding. Prime Minister Željka Cvijanović has not yet been questioned by the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
