Dodik reports himself and Republika Srpska leadership to the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina

(Patria) - President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik said that today he filed reports against the RS leadership, including himself, and all members of parliament who supported the adoption of the Law on the Non-Application of Decisions of the Constitutional Court of BiH in the RS, as well as all signatories of the petition from the academic community expressing dissatisfaction with the work of that court.

"Since no one from the Federation of BiH /FBiH/ has done this yet, I decided to file a report today with the Prosecutor's Office of BiH against Željka Cvijanović, Radovan Višković, Nenad Stevandić, and against myself," Dodik wrote on "Twitter".

Dodik emphasized that the hatred and hysteria from the FBiH, directed against the RS, is becoming unbearable.

"Since we plan to also adopt a law that will not apply the decisions of the Prosecutor's Office and the Court of BiH in the RS, with this report we will not be exempt from prosecution before the Prosecutor's Office of BiH," Dodik stated.

The National Assembly of the RS adopted on Tuesday, June 27, at a special session the Law on the Non-Application of Decisions of the Constitutional Court of BiH, which stipulates that they will not be applied and enforced on the territory of the RS until the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH passes a law on this court.

In a separate session, the deputies supported the veto of BiH Presidency member Željka Cvijanović regarding two decisions that the Presidency adopted by majority vote.
