Dodik: President of powerful America deceives the public, spreads fear and calls for war

(Patria) - The President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, reacted to yesterday's comment by US President Joe Biden, who said that the destruction of Ukraine could lead to a security crisis in the Balkans.

"The president of powerful America deceives the public, spreads fear and calls for war. The peoples in these areas were once naive, they put the interests of others above their own and paid a tragic price. The Serbian people paid the most," Dodik said.

He emphasized that Serbs in the Balkans are committed to peace, cooperation, and progress.

"You bear the costs yourself for the realization of your interests. Serbs will not be a pawn for anyone's bargaining. Therefore, stop telling lies, stop inciting us against each other. We have the right to a future in peace," Dodik said, adding:

"In fact, you can recommend to the small number of Europeans who still listen to you that BiH deserves to start negotiations with the EU," Dodik said.
