Dodik issues ultimatum to the "Trojka": BiH Parliament to abolish OHR and expel foreigners, otherwise RS will withdraw

(Patria) - At the very end of his address to the National Assembly of Republika Srpska (NSRS), Milorad Dodik issued an ultimatum to his coalition partners - the "Trojka" - and a demand to the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliament. If they do not comply, he ordered that RS MPs stop voting, that the process of adopting previous laws (electoral, Indirect Taxation Authority, Armed Forces...) begin immediately, and that they will seek Serbia's protection.

First, he demands that the OHR annul Schmidt's decisions within seven days, and if it does not, Dodik demands that the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliament adopt amendments to the Election Law, strip the Central Election Commission (CEC) of its powers, and confirm that the only place where laws can be passed is the BiH Parliament. Furthermore, he demands that a fast track for approaching the EU be established, and that the ambassadors of Great Britain, Germany, and the USA, as well as the High Representative, be declared enemies of BiH and expelled from BiH.

“If this does not happen, RS should immediately withdraw from the decision-making system, but our people should remain there and not make any decisions. We should break off partnerships with the parties we are in partnership with and offer other structures among Bosniaks, for example, Salkić's SDA, to make an agreement that will enable a new era. RS will adopt a declaration and confirm the territorial integrity of BiH, as well as the constitutional arrangement of two entities and three constituent peoples.

That RS withdraws from the Indirect Taxation Authority, the BiH Armed Forces, the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC), and other agreements, activate the law on the agency for medicines and other laws that have already been prepared under urgent procedure, and that RS adopt its own election law and adopt it today in the form of a draft. Some are telling me, this is a trap for you, the High Representative will annul this law. I will sign this law immediately, and then we will agree on what to do. If this does not happen, RS should now insist at the Easter Assembly of RS and Serbia, and on Serbia's Dayton role, declare through the Assembly's declaration that Bosniaks have violated the Dayton Agreement, that Serbia cannot stand behind it, and that it is ready to defend RS before international law. Perhaps there is still room for an agreement between Serbs and Bosniaks,” Dodik stated.

He also instructed the NSRS to adopt a conclusion and oblige the Government of RS to create a program for the modernization and equipping of the RS police force.
