Dodik reveals what the document on 'peaceful separation of BiH' envisages

(Patria) - The document on "peaceful separation of BiH" is ready, stated the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik.

Dodik says the document was adopted "considering the impossibility of BiH functioning normally, even within the framework of the Dayton Peace Agreement, which has been destroyed by the interventions of most foreigners, with the assistance of Bosniaks, and without the consultation of the other two peoples in BiH - Serbs and Croats".

What the document envisages

- The document envisages the political separation of BiH and the formation of two independent political and territorial entities that will live and function in accordance with the agreement reached on that basis.

Certain things that currently exist, borders and some others, should function for three to five years, and in the meantime, relations should be regulated so that it functions best for both people and goods, so that there are no particular delays of that kind - Dodik told Sputnik.

According to him, this implies everything else - "issues related to everything that represents, as they say in plain language - an inheritance dispute".

- We have done this very studiously. It is based on the Dayton Peace Agreement, because it envisages that Republika Srpska is a party, just like the Federation. The common level will not be involved because it has nothing to do with it - it is derived from the two entities.

And everything that happens in BiH wants to favor this story about so-called common, or as Muslims like to say, central bodies. That does not exist, only the common level exists, it arises from the two entities.

The foreign factor wanted to eliminate it and, in a hierarchical and every other sense, give primacy to that common level, which is a complete reversal of the essence of the Dayton Peace Agreement.

By the way, they persistently say that they are defending the Dayton Peace Agreement. And I think they have destroyed it to the point where it can no longer return to its original foundations.

And that is why it is important for Republika Srpska to defend its interests in a politically peaceful manner by proposing solutions that, like the one I presented, will be offered to the Federation in the coming weeks.

We are already hearing that there is an unwillingness to discuss anything about it, but we have also understood that this is just the beginning, which should animate the public, not only domestic, in Republika Srpska, which is fully animated, but also in the Federation and the international public, to understand that BiH is a failed project and that nothing sustainable can be made out of it.

It can be a protectorate, and that has been shown, but it cannot be self-sustaining - said Dodik, and then answered the question - what if it is not accepted?

"This is our beginning and proposal. We will persistently bring it back to the public scene, public agreements, and discussions. The Government and Parliament of Republika Srpska will stand behind this document, and it will be our official proposal.

We will insist that they declare themselves on it, not only by refusing to accept discussion about it, but by always seeing anew what their proposals are, what they are proposing.

If you propose that Republika Srpska ceases to exist, that is not an option. That simply cannot function - claims Dodik.

The Central Election Commission (CEC) of BiH announced that on July 1, a draw will be held for the fifth delegate in the Club of Serbs in the House of Peoples of the BiH Parliament. Dodik claims that this is "proof that Bosnia and Herzegovina is a failed community".

- You have elections happening, you have an election commission that calls itself central. It recognizes, verifies all those results, then based on foreign pressure, after two years they say that their initial decision was wrong, and then it goes to court, because that is the only way.

Then the court and the CEC, which together form subservience to foreigners, say - something was not right. The question arises how it was right before.

Political robbery

Everything has passed, the same court has passed twice, the instances that confirmed the previous election, and now this court is annulling its previous decisions. This is an obvious political robbery that aims to try to redesign the authorities at the BiH level, introducing local traitors and their sycophants.

In any case, we are not participating in this farce. You have it where sometimes might does not pray to God, but God does not love might either. We will see, it will not be as simple as they demand. And they demand our participation in their farce.

We have not participated in it, nor do we want to, nor will we be present. You cannot do anything. That election commission had, as far as Republika Srpska is concerned, members elected by opposition political parties. You do not have a single member elected by the authorities.

They previously confirmed the validity of the previous election. And now, suddenly, after two years, they realized that they should decide differently. That says it all.

When you have enough time to deal with Bosnia and Herzegovina on all issues, including this one, you will suddenly realize how right Ivo Andrić is when he says - when you enter Bosnia and Herzegovina, logic ceases to exist - adds Dodik.

He then touched upon the court case against him before the Court of BiH.

- The whole story is about some foreigner coming and imposing a decision that supposedly has the force of law, then Muslims in Sarajevo accept it, and then they start calling each other out using previously imposed instruments as if from the justice system.

They start calling out, accusing, filing indictments, judging. They are changing - three judges have been changed in my case, all three are Muslims. Of course, there can be consequences. We will see.

The people in Republika Srpska must understand, although it is awkward for me to say this for myself, that among Serbs, their authorities, both political and every other kind, have always been undermined.

For years, decades, they have been trying to undermine every political authority here, from Karadžić, Biljana Plavšić, Momčilo Krajišnik, and even Mirko Šarović, Mladen Ivanić at one time, all the way to me, Željka Cvijanović, Radovan Višković.

It is simply unbelievable that no one is good enough for them. How is it possible that absolutely no one is good enough, how is it possible that no one is normal and should be punished. But that is their way of ruling.

On the other hand, they maintain this story about some kind of corruption, crime, it seems convenient to them. Meanwhile, the son of their president is being tried for crime. But they have power, they think they are rulers of the world.

We will see how long it lasts. Vučić is right, there can be consequences, and I will behave according to how the people react - points out Dodik.

And when asked what the consequences could be, he said that "if the people bow their heads and bend, then my struggle is meaningless, if the people rise up and do not give in, then it makes sense to fight".

- The consequences can be the disintegration of Republika Srpska. The goal is to introduce a subservient government that would follow their projects of a so-called ideal Bosnia that cannot be created. It has not been created for 500 years.

I cannot believe they think they can do it now. But for them it is simple: they come here for two or three years and constantly push the same story. That is why we are constantly in the same problem - stated Dodik.

He also spoke about his relationship with the US Ambassador to BiH, Michael Murphy.

- Now they have attacked my family. Imagine, they mention my son in Congress... What's next?

We will not be without some response either. As you can see, we are enduring here, we are working, we will fight, there are ways. But the whole story is about destroying trust in Republika Srpska and in the Serbian people - concluded Dodik.
