Dodik Tries to Shift Responsibility for Referendum to Associates

Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik offered his associates a draft criminal complaint that they are supposed to sign along with him and submit to the prosecutor's office, and the individuals who sign the text will file a report against themselves "as suspects" for organizing the referendum on the Day of RS, even though the referendum was previously banned by the Constitutional Court of BiH.

Analysts believe that Dodik is trying to shift the pressure regarding the holding of the referendum onto other people in this way.
The Prosecutor's Office of BiH summoned Dodik for questioning due to the holding of the referendum and non-compliance with the decisions of the Constitutional Court of BiH.

A few days ago, Dodik tried to shift the responsibility for holding the referendum to opposition parties in Republika Srpska during a program on N1 television. 

- All politicians in RS have stood by the decision to hold the referendum. All political parties were initiators and signatories of the decision...

Ivanić (Serb member of the BiH Presidency) was the first to make such a statement, and then everyone started saying that this is Dodik's referendum, but their parties were also signatories to the decision on it – said Dodik, writes NAP.
