(Patria) - Appearing on the Telering show, the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, stated that he offered a solution for settling the debt in the "Viadukt" case.
"We do not dispute that this is a problem, and then we said there is undistributed money at the BiH level. The easiest option is to take 110 million KM from the part that belongs to Republika Srpska, which is 300 million KM, pay it, and finish the process, and that's it. However, they refuse, they say BiH will not pay it," said Dodik.
Dodik said that they had agreed four times to distribute the funds from the Indirect Taxation Authority of BiH.
"We reduced it from 39 to 36 percent, and when we reduced it to 36, Nikšić told us we are going to the Government. The next time, they still don't finish. That same Nikšić said it would be good if Šmit wrote down what we agreed upon with his decision. So you don't dare to decide, is that it? We propose to take 110 million KM from that and finalize the settlement and finish everything. We are losing in an unfair judgment. BiH institutions did not fight for this case. We have an active approach to it. What do you want us to pay 110 million KM from here to some account, and on what basis. Is Republika Srpska obligated, on what basis," said Dodik.
