(Patria) - We haven't finalized anything for decision-making, but there has been progress. The package we created based on 14 priorities was adopted before the annual leave. We also worked on the Berlin Process, and it was agreed to finalize it.

This was stated today in Mostar by SNSD leader Milorad Dodik after a meeting of coalition partners forming the state government.

Dodik assessed that the Central Election Commission (CEC) of BiH was elected "very suspiciously" and that the law was not respected in the process.

- The law must be amended to change the CEC before the new year, so we don't end up in a situation where we are doing something again in an election year.

The Croatian side and we from Republika Srpska believe that the House of Peoples at the BiH level should be involved in the decision-making regarding the CEC. Bosniaks believe it should not. And we have not fully harmonized this law, which is largely agreed upon, except for that part - Dodik pointed out.

He also states that regarding the Court of BiH, it has been warned for years that neither the Court nor the Prosecutor's Office are legitimately formed.

- We have some agreement that an appellate panel should be formed at the level of the Court of BiH, with its seat in Banja Luka. The HDZ thinks this should not be controversial. The Bosniak side thinks there are some problems, so we will wait for them on that, and not only that but also on the part concerning jurisdiction.

Regarding the Constitutional Court, we are talking and seeing some kind of obstruction. We from Republika Srpska have submitted proposals for the working group, proposals have also been submitted by the Croatian people, but still none from the Bosniak side. We said that this month is when we will have a law on the Constitutional Court and foreign judges - Dodik emphasizes.

According to him, it is necessary to maintain the atmosphere of conversation, which he described as "warm".

- We must now deliver results regarding the Constitutional Court, and there are diametrically opposed views on this. Gentlemen from the Bosniak people think that this should not be discussed until we join the EU - Dodik added.

However, when it comes to the European Union, he says he is not optimistic.

- We must change our behavior at the BiH level. We do not accept that someone goes to the UN General Assembly and presents only their views. That is, at the very least, the undermining of BiH.

We will not watch this anymore. If someone wants to present a policy, then they must harmonize it. I appeal for this not to happen again - Dodik added after the meeting with representatives of HDZ BiH and the Trojka parties.

He also commented on the recent events in northern Kosovo.

- For someone to express a position on this in the name of BiH, it must be harmonized. From our side, it is not a terrorist act. I express condolences to both the injured Albanian and the injured Serbs. There are no Serbian terrorist organizations.

They are not terrorists, a political commotion cannot be created and presented as BiH's stance. This is not terrorism, it is a problem created by years of unresolved issues. Kurti is exploiting this, who does not want to form the Community of Serb Municipalities and is creating pressure - says Dodik.

He added that upon his return from Russia, he will be a good host for the next meeting of the state coalition around October 20.

- We are moving towards resolving these issues. The Constitutional Court is a difficult issue for Bosniaks, but they will have to resolve it, or we will not resolve many other things - concluded Dodik.
