Dodik: No agreement on the Law on Conflict of Interest, the 'trojka' was euphoric for two days, and they changed their minds because of Murphy

(Patria) - US Ambassador Michael Murphy is undoubtedly influencing the 'trojka' and thus disrupting both the Laktaši agreement and this agreement we had in Sarajevo, said Milorad Dodik, SNSD president, today.

"He was destroying it, we had an internal agreement. People from the 'trojka' were euphoric for two days after Laktaši, and when the US Ambassador reacted, they changed their minds about what they had written," said Dodik.

Answering the question of whether the working groups succeeded in completing their work on two more laws, the Law on Prevention of Conflict of Interest and the Law on Courts, Dodik said that the working groups did nothing.

"At the meeting in Sarajevo, we agreed to pass the Law on Conflict of Interest, which only covers BiH institutions, and the representatives of the 'trojka' were there. When the working group met, they included local communities, which is a transfer of competencies. Everything that was agreed upon has been destroyed," said Dodik.

Speaking about the Law on Prevention of Money Laundering, he emphasized that it is a technical law that all countries adopt.
