Dodik: There is no coalition at the state level

(Patria) - The leader of SNSD and RS, Milorad Dodik, announced that the National Assembly of RS will adopt the report prepared by the Independent International Commission at its next session, which, according to him, "states that there was no genocide in the area of Srebrenica".

Denied genocide again

- This report clearly states that there was no genocide in Srebrenica. Throughout the war, a similar number of Serbs and Bosniaks suffered in that area.

For genocide to occur, there must be an intention to destroy a nation, and that was not the intention and the intention was not proven - Dodik told reporters today in Banja Luka after a meeting of the leaders of the ruling coalition at the RS level.

He called the approach of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Elmedin Konaković, who claims that all this should be supported by the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, in order to allegedly remove collective responsibility, stupid.

Dodik believes that there is no collective responsibility, nor a reason to adopt the document in the UN, and that it is a British game.

- They cannot represent the international community. Their calls for reconciliation are misguided because they are trying to demonize an entire nation. Our public will state a clear position on this. Decisions of the National Assembly are binding for us - said Dodik.

He assesses that there is a "conspiracy of the Bosniak-Muslim elite and part of the international factor, with the aim of creating problems for Serbs".

- Only dilettantes can delve into the matter of the Election Law. Those who hate the most, lose. There is a collective approach of hatred towards Serbs in an attempt to devastate RS, with the aim of its disappearance. What they are doing will take us further away from a functional BiH - Dodik said.

He emphasizes that the National Assembly of RS presented a clear position at the last session on how to resolve the problem.

- The seven-day deadline is already expiring. We reject the possibility that anyone other than the Parliamentary Assembly adopts laws and that the Official Gazette publishes such acts.

This is how we will resolve the situation that burdens BiH. At the same session, we can also address the issue of the Election Law and regulate it to suit everyone - Dodik stated.

"RS is more of a state than BiH"

He also points out that this will resolve the situation, and if it doesn't, then the deputies in the National Assembly of RS will adopt the election law of RS.

- The application of the imposed law and the decisions of the Central Election Commission that are not in accordance with the laws will not be allowed - stated Dodik.

He reiterated his position that this is not an unconstitutional undertaking, adding that "the CEC is only competent for elections at the BiH level".

When asked by journalists about the ruling coalition at the state level, Dodik said that it does not exist.

- There is no state coalition. There is no coalition at the level of Bosnia and Herzegovina. There is no coalition, nor is BiH a state in the sense they want to say. Internally, RS is more of a state than BiH - emphasized Dodik.

He adds that the ruling coalition in RS today agreed to find funds and hire the most eminent law firm in the US to sue the US government because the fundamental human rights of individuals in RS are being violated.

According to him, this will be done in the coming period.

- As far as we are concerned, we have put an end to sanctions. Let them say whatever they want, we don't have time to deal with it, nor do we want to.

I also believe that our media, at least those that are patriotic and have no malicious or other intentions towards RS, should stop writing anything about it - said Dodik.
