Dodik attacks Turkey: What's next, delivering weapons to Bosniaks to point them against Serbs and Croats?

(Patria) - SNSD leader Milorad Dodik lashed out at Turkey after Kosovo received drones from this country. After Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić had a sharp reaction, Dodik joined him, writing extensively on X.

"When Turkey sends drones to the Balkans, the falsehood about friendship and good relations ends, and a message of neo-Ottomanism is sent. Sending weapons to the so-called Kosovo is not an act that encourages peace, but an act of open hostility," Dodik wrote on the social network X and continued:

"The delivery of kamikaze drones to Pristina is not any kind of cooperation, but a brutal threat to Serbia and Serbs and support for Albin Kurti in his election campaign, as the main exponent of anti-Serb policy and to literally threaten Serbs.

This is a flagrant violation of international law and Resolution 1244 and an attempt to revive the mentality of the former Kosovo Vilayet in the so-called Kosovo - a political project whose goal was not only to have no Serbs in the so-called Kosovo, but to make them disappear everywhere they have survived for centuries.

That is why President Vučić's policy of constantly strengthening the Serbian Army is the only correct one," Dodik stated.

He further stated that it is time "to stop believing in Turkey's declarative statements about cooperation with all peoples in BiH. Obviously, it is about a desire for cooperation with only one."

"Is the next step delivering weapons to Bosniaks in BiH that they would point against Serbs and Croats? Serbs in the Republic of Srpska should carefully observe the delivery of drones to Kosovo, because that is not a message only for Serbia, but also for all those in BiH who do not accept a policy of subservience. When weapons are distributed selectively, and peace is preached declaratively, then that is not diplomacy - it is a strategy of pressure. And that is why Serbs no longer have the luxury of being deluded - in these times, the most important ally is unity," Dodik said.
