Dodik attacks CIK: Deliberate fraud, our delegate will not withdraw

(Patria) - The President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, said that the draw for the fifth delegate to the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH is a pre-meditated fraud, with the aim of PDP winning the mandate and Republika Srpska losing it.

"This is the most blatant degradation of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska because, according to the BiH Constitution, only the National Assembly elects a delegate to the House of Peoples, and no one else," Dodik stated.

If something was irregular, the procedure should have been returned to the National Assembly, not for someone to steal delegates elected by Republika Srpska, Dodik points out.

"I must say that our delegate in the House of Peoples will not withdraw because these are the guaranteed rights of Republika Srpska," Dodik stated.

"All elected delegates will not withdraw, and no Central Election Commission can take away their mandates which they received in accordance with the Constitution and the law," Dodik concluded.

Today's draw determined that the position of delegate in the House of Peoples of the PA BiH in the Serb Club goes to PDP instead of one delegate from PDP.
