RS President Milorad Dodik said that Serb delegates in the House of Peoples of the FBiH Parliament will send an appeal to the Constitutional Court of BiH because, Dodik believes, the House has not been constituted in accordance with the Constitution of FBiH. There are no 17 Serbs in this House, although it is a constitutional obligation.
- The Constitutional Court should annul all laws passed by the FBiH Parliament - Dodik told reporters in Foča, NAP reports.
