Dodik from East Sarajevo: SIPA represents a Muslim den from Sarajevo and can do nothing on the territory of RS

(Patria) - President of RS Milorad Dodik addressed a press conference in East Sarajevo tonight, after members of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) attempted to apprehend him, but were prevented by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of RS using force and threats.

- We were in a meeting the whole time, we did not interrupt it. I feel good, safe, healthy, alive. I have no intention of leaving this facility under pressure. This is Republika Srpska.

They violated the laws. And we will see who has the strength to enforce the laws. Kemal Ademović's brother is also here, according to the old Turkish saying, "the judge who sues you is the judge who judges you".

This fascist Schmidt, we will show how one is apprehended. We will open that story in the coming days because he is falsely representing himself - Dodik said.

He emphasized that "these from SIPA are trying to show that they can do something", and added that it will be shown that SIPA can do nothing.

- They do not work in the name of RS, they are not the ones who represent RS. RS is 49 percent of BiH, they do not represent RS. This is not a territory where the BiH government is exercised.

They represent a Muslim den from Sarajevo and the valley. The key question is on which territory will the government remain?

BiH is not a country where we feel safe. We are here because of the fact that there is a huge investment in East Sarajevo and that is visible - Dodik said.

He then attacked the opposition in RS, accusing them of treasonous behavior.

- We have not attacked anyone. We are defending ourselves from the unconstitutional behavior of Christian Schmidt. Schmidt must leave. BiH's chance lies in that. We are ready to talk, to withdraw all actions we have taken based on Schmidt's behavior.

If the gentlemen from Sarajevo want to restore functionality, then give up Schmidt and reject his decisions. If he imposes the issue of state property, we will make a decision on independence that same day, we will secede - Dodik emphasizes.

He also stresses that no members of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MUP) of RS will be prosecuted.

- Why aren't they prosecuting me? Let them leave the guys who are doing their job. If anyone thinks that the RS police will back down, they are a horse - a bay horse - Dodik states.

He also says that tonight it was seen who is in power.

- There is no SIPA in the territory of RS. One day we will gather 30,000 people here and drive them out. Do you want us to do that? We do not want conflict, but do you think we cannot do that - Dodik asked.
