Dodik: We have confirmation that Debevec is Spanish and he hid it

(Patria) - Milorad Dodik, member of the BiH Presidency and SNSD president, said that the judiciary, which is not functioning, is differently instructed and completely inert, was also discussed at today's meeting with American diplomats.

Dodik also accused the President of the BiH Court, Ranko Debevec, of appropriating the right to give consent to the intelligence service on who to monitor and eavesdrop on.

"This President of the Court, under very suspicious circumstances, and there are indications that he received certain cases as bribes and corruption. He is likely conditioned by that service and gives consent for people to be eavesdropped on without legal basis," Dodik said.

When asked by journalists to clarify the accusations, Dodik said that there are certain indications.

"I heard that from security and judicial institutions, I know that certain investigations and proceedings are underway, and this president has unlimited power to give consent to Osmica for wiretapping.
The President of the Court is a Spanish citizen and has a Spanish name and surname, and he did not report it when he registered here. How is it possible that he is hiding this data. We checked with the competent Spanish authorities and it is true. I am a politician and I qualify these processes as a violation of the law and abuse of office," Dodik said.

As for the issue of the HJPC, it will not be resolved without a complete reform of the judiciary and the BiH Court and Prosecutor's Office, Dodik stated.
