(Patria) - Mirsad Strika, judge of the Court of BiH, will preside over the process against Milorad Dodik, and according to the trial schedule published on the Court of BiH website, Dodik will be back in court on November 22.
Strika was chosen through the automatic case management system.
The Prosecutor's Office of BiH has indicted Dodik and Miloš Lukić, acting director of the "Official Gazette of RS", for not implementing the decisions of the High Representative in BiH Christian Schmidt.
At the plea hearing on October 16, Milorad Dodik refused to enter a plea and also refused to stand while addressing the court, thereby showing disrespect towards the Court of BiH. Judge Jasmina Ćosić Dedović stated that she considered Dodik to have pleaded not guilty.
