Dodik and Cvijanović instruct ambassadors and consuls: They represent RS, not BiH

(Patria) - President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik and BiH Presidency member Željka Cvijanović discussed today in Banja Luka with newly appointed ambassadors and consuls general of BiH who were appointed from the Serb quota within the final preparations for their departure and assumption of duty.

Dodik and Cvijanović expressed their belief that "Serb diplomats will represent the interests and foreign policy positions of Republika Srpska, in accordance with the original postulates of the Dayton Agreement, and it was emphasized that the institutions of Republika Srpska are at their disposal."

The newly appointed ambassadors and consuls general from the Serb people informed the interlocutors about their activities and plans for their upcoming diplomatic engagement, and emphasized that they will make a full contribution to the improvement of all forms of cooperation of Republika Srpska with the countries where they are assigned.

Ambassadors and consuls general Milorad Živković (Romania), Siniša Berjan (People's Republic of China), Obrad Kesić (UN Brussels), Bojan Vujić (UN Geneva), Dragan Vuković (Hellenic Republic), Bojan Đokić (United Arab Emirates), Vera Sajić (Stuttgart), and Tatjana Telić (Chicago) were present at today's meeting.
