Dodik: We will arrest SIPA members in the territory of RS, we will send the RS Ministry of Internal Affairs among Bosniaks, not a hair on their heads will be harmed

(Patria) - A meeting was held at the Palace of the RS between the President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik, the President of the Parliament of Montenegro Andrija Mandić, and a Member of Parliament in the Parliament of Montenegro and President of the Democratic People's Party Milan Knežević. As they stated, they came to offer both personal and political support to Dodik, but not the official stance of the Parliament of Montenegro.

In his address, Dodik spoke about the laws adopted in the National Assembly of RS on February 27, and announced that next week or the week after, the procedure in the Council of Peoples of RS will be concluded, and then they will be published in the Official Gazette of RS.

"We are preparing to implement these laws, they will be implemented without hesitation. The application will be visible in practice immediately. We call on all Serbs in the Prosecutor's Office and the Court to withdraw from these institutions, to show that they are members of their own, the Serb people, and we will strive to provide them with employment and material status. If they remain there, we will mark them as traitors and announce it on plaques wherever we can, in the media and everywhere. We will not tolerate treason, treason cannot be a policy.

Acting against the laws of RS, the republic for which you got your jobs there, for Serbs has a certain number of places, these mandates belong to RS, not to them. And if the assembly says you should return them, if you don't return them, then you are traitors to this people. There are those who will accept to be traitors, and this republic does not have the luxury of forgiving. I am not threatening. Ordinary people understand two words: treason and patriotism," Dodik said.

He once again invited Bosniaks to talk and stated that they had already offered talks on three topics.

"To return to the original Dayton, to reach a new agreement on BiH, and if neither of the above is possible, then let's agree on a peaceful separation. Our peaceful separation has met with serious condemnation. We are not for a non-peaceful separation. Let's sit down, let's talk about the implementation of Dayton. We invite you to talk. The opposition you are talking to is not the representative of the majority, it is a minority. We invite you to sit down and talk about the implementation of Dayton. We are ready for minor modifications. But the Prosecutor's Office and the Court and SIPA are imposed. If you don't want to negotiate, we are going our own way. Forget about Murphy, he's not there, forget about the remnants of the embassy. In a new statement, it says we take note, we support Dayton, and we support it. Territorial integrity is with the entities. We have united into some community. I support territorial integrity and sovereignty in accordance with the Constitution," said Dodik.

He announced a meeting with police structures for tomorrow, which will also be attended by Željka Cvijanović.

"We do not want to prohibit anyone's movement or trade in goods. That is not our goal. No separatism. We want a constitutional BiH, we could not implement this stance because we had a serious problem with the Biden administration. We have not given up. We reacted to every open issue with conclusions. And now we have come to a situation where the international context is changing. I went to court to show that it was a political process. And the world has never seen it like in my case. No acts of violence against anyone should occur. We will specifically tell them to enter the structures where Bosniaks live and convince them that we are ready to defend their safety and that not a single hair on the head of any Muslim Bosniak will be harmed, and that any Serb who attempts, either rhetorically or in any other way, to endanger their stability or security will have problems with our police," said Dodik.

He announced that the moment the laws come into effect, those who have SIPA identification and are in the territory of RS will be arrested.

"I don't know what address to write to. Let them say the time, place, in the middle of Sarajevo, on the Moon. You become ridiculous to yourselves. You call for talks, but no one comes. We will do our jobs, they will do theirs. This will show that BiH, as foreseen by Dayton, can live. They on their own, we on our own, no one touches anyone. They are already implementing it because they don't want to talk," said Dodik.

At the press conference, he also called on one FTV journalist to leave that television station.

When asked by journalists if Mandić had conveyed the official stance of the Parliament of Montenegro today, Mandić stated that the political scene in Montenegro is heterogeneous.

"I will officially convey the official positions of the Parliament soon. It is good that RS, or rather BiH, knows that it has friends in Montenegro, and we Serbs from Montenegro have an even greater obligation," said Mandić.

Dodik emphasized that there were no talks about parallel, i.e., special ties between RS and Montenegro.
