Dodik tasks MUP: Arrest and deport Schmidt as soon as he enters RS

(Patria) - RS President Milorad Dodik stated at a press conference that a decree is being drafted today that will allow High Representative Christian Schmidt to be arrested and deported from the smaller Bosnian-Herzegovinian entity.

However, he did soften this statement, saying that when Schmidt is in transit, he will be given "escort to pass through as quickly as possible".

- If he comes to some meeting in RS, he will be thrown out. We cannot know this, but police stations will have the task, as soon as they find out that this global scoundrel is in RS, they are obliged to organize units and throw him out of there. And it will happen, don't think it won't - Dodik said confidently.

He repeated what he has been saying for months - Schmidt was not appointed by the UN Security Council.

- And they laugh at us, they say - as if that's important, it's important that force stands behind him. Well, let it stand, let's see how.

And we have some force, and our force is character. You can break Milorad Dodik, but you will not break the character of this people - Dodik added.
