Dodik testifies before the Court of BiH today

(Patria) - The trial of Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik and acting director of the "Official Gazette of Republika Srpska" Miloš Lukić will continue today at the Court of BiH.

Dodik and Lukić are being tried before the Court of BiH for disrespecting the decisions of the High Representative Christian Schmidt.

Dodik's lawyer Goran Bubić confirmed that the first defendant in this proceeding - Milorad Dodik - will testify today.

The continuation of the trial is scheduled for 12:00 PM.



Judge Sena Uzunović at last week's main hearing rejected the request by the defense of Dodik and Lukić to re-read the indictment and call witnesses.

She explained that the request was unfounded and would lead to a delay in the proceedings before the Court of BiH.
