Until March 31, 2016: Ban on employment of civil servants and conclusion of work contracts

The Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at today's telephonically held session, adopted a conclusion on the suspension of competition procedures for the employment of civil servants, employees, and other staff until March 31, 2016, it was announced from the Government, reports the Patria News Agency. 

Federal administrations, federal administrative organizations, federal institutions, and other federal institutions and services are obliged to implement this conclusion, especially the Civil Service Agency of FBiH, institutions of FBiH founded by the Federation, which exercise public authority and have legal personality, with the exception of federal ministries.

Until the same date, the conclusion of all work contracts is also suspended, and this obligation applies to federal ministries, federal administrations, federal administrative organizations, federal institutions, and other federal institutions and services, institutions of FBiH founded by the FBiH, which exercise public authority and have legal personality. Exceptionally, and in case of urgent need, these institutions may conclude a work contract exclusively with the prior consent of the FBiH Government, the statement reads.
