FTV's Dnevnik Delayed by 35 Minutes: Technology or Poor Preparation?

(Patria) - This evening's Federal Television's Dnevnik started broadcasting with a delay of as much as 35 minutes, citing the implementation of new technological solutions as the reason.

However, critics point out that such delays also indicate problems with production organization and preparation, and raise the question of how prepared FTV actually is for the introduction of new technologies without negatively impacting viewers.

The anchorwoman, Nikolina Veljović, tried to ease the situation with a humorous comment, saying she hopes this will not happen again, but many viewers believe that the delay still sends a message about the television's inadequate preparedness for technological novelties.

So far, there is no official news about the disruptions on the FTV portal, while it was announced on social media that the broadcast of Dnevnik 2 is delayed due to technical problems.

FTV Director Bakir Hadžiomerović, who is usually active on social media, has not commented, nor has Supervisory Board member Zoran Krešić, who is clearly busy defending Igor Štimac and insulting Sarajevo and Velež.
