DKPT and EUFOR: Preserving a Safe and Stable Environment in BiH

(Patria) - Director of the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies of BiH Mirsad Vilić and his deputies Ranko Vuković and Ivica Bošnjak today received the Commander of EUFOR in BiH, Major General Reinhard Trischak, for a working visit.

The leadership of the Directorate welcomed Major General Reinhard Trischak and presented to the guests the work and tasks of the Directorate's officers, as well as the activities carried out within the Directorate's legal jurisdiction. They also discussed the successfully conducted exercise 'Quick Response' within Operation Althea, based on joint work and exceptional cooperation. The commitment to continue the cooperation of EUFOR in BiH with close partners and security agencies in Bosnia and Herzegovina was emphasized.

Major General Trischak expressed satisfaction with the cooperation with the Directorate so far, as well as confidence that future cooperation and communication will be maintained at a high professional level. He emphasized that the successfully conducted exercise 'Quick Response 2020' shows the full commitment of EUFOR in BiH to participate in preserving a safe and stable environment in Bosnia and Herzegovina in accordance with its mission.
