(Patria) - The pre-pioneers of FK Sarajevo achieved a notable performance at the U13 tournament in Ulm, Germany.
The tournament was very strong, and the title was won by Red Star, which defeated Slavia Prague in the final with 2:3. Third place went to Schalke, who were better than Stuttgart with 1:3.
The youth team of Sarajevo were eliminated in the second group stage, where they won three points, and they defeated the famous Juventus with 3:2. From the mentioned group, Red Star and St. Pauli advanced to the quarterfinals.
Sarajevo finished second in the first group stage behind Mainz, and ahead of Cluj, Opfingen, and Kirchen.
