FUP Director questioned at POSKOK: Prohibition of duties to be proposed for Munjic, Musinovic and others

(Patria) - Questioning of federal officials has begun at the Special Department of the Federal Prosecutor's Office (POSKOK), including the acting director of FUP Vahidin Munjic, head of the FBiH Prime Minister's cabinet Arijana Huseinović-Ajanović, FUP police inspector Muhamed Ohranović, and director of the FMUP Police Academy Ervin Mušinović, on suspicion of several criminal offenses, abuse of office, illegal mediation, and trading in influence.

POSKOK will propose to the Special Department of the Supreme Court of FBiH measures prohibiting Munjic, Ohranović, Huseinović-Ajanović, and Mušinović from performing their duties and communicating with witnesses, Istraga.ba has learned.

The case is linked to the correspondence between FUP Director Munjic and mediator of the FBiH Prime Minister Nermin Nikšić, including the Prime Minister himself, which was publicly released.

On Tuesday, the Sarajevo Canton Ministry of Internal Affairs, on the order of POSKOK, searched the premises of FUP, FMUP, and the FBiH Government, seizing mobile devices from four individuals.

POSKOK spokesperson Nina Hadžihajdarević stated that the seized phones are being processed and accompanying documentation is being prepared, which will be submitted to the Special Department of the Supreme Court of FBiH.
