
(Patria) - Director of the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies of BiH Enes Karić and his deputy Đuro Knežević today received the newly appointed Security Attaché at the US Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Khamprasong Bounkong, on an inaugural visit.
Director Karić welcomed the Security Attaché at the US Embassy in BiH and wished him successful work in his mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina. During the meeting, Karić informed the guest about the responsibilities of the Directorate and its role in the security system of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
He also presented future planned activities included in the Directorate's Strategic Development Plan, which relate to strengthening communication, coordination, and cooperation with police bodies in BiH, international partners, and ensuring the protection of persons and facilities.
Security Attaché Khamprasong Bounkong stated that he is aware of the cooperation between the US Embassy in BiH and the Directorate to date, which has been mutually assessed as extremely successful and of great importance.
He also expressed his belief that this cooperation will continue, especially in the area of exchanging experiences and best practices in preserving a secure environment.
