DF: Stop blockades and destruction of institutions, then continue talks

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - We welcome the conclusions of the EU Council and international envoys that there will be no talks on the election law while the blockade of state institutions and incitement to the destruction of the constitutional and legal order are ongoing, say officials from DF. 

"Milorad Dodik and his secessionist policy are the main security problem. That is why it is pointless to continue discussing amendments to the Constitution of BiH and the election law. The political rebellion and attempt to destroy state institutions and laws culminated in the adoption of anti-Dayton and unconstitutional conclusions by representatives in the National Assembly of the RS, and the destruction of the quorum by HDZ representatives regarding the holding of the last regular session of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH.

The responsibility is now great on the judicial bodies of BiH, primarily the Prosecutor's Office of BiH and SIPA, from which it is expected to undertake all legally based activities and legally prosecute all instigators in the attempt to destroy state institutions.

We remain available for talks on the topic of decriminalizing the electoral process through the introduction of modern information technologies into the electoral process so that elections are transparent and fair and express the will of voters, not counters!

We are ready to continue talks based on the value system from the European Commission Opinion and on the basis of the implementation of all five judgments of the Strasbourg Court. Now the precondition is to stop the destruction and enable the unblocking of the work of state institutions, DF stated.
