DF calls for resignations: False reports of the incompetent leadership of the City of Mostar

Regarding the report on the financial audit of the City of Mostar conducted by the Office for Audit of Institutions in the FBiH, the City Board of the Democratic Front Mostar calls on the leadership of the City of Mostar to take responsibility, as they are responsible for the preparation and fair presentation of financial statements in accordance with the accepted financial reporting framework, i.e., the Budget Law in the FBiH, the Regulation on Budget Accounting in the FBiH, and the Rulebook on Financial Reporting and Annual Budget Settlement in the FBiH.

- We call on the entire leadership of the City of Mostar to resign due to the presentation of false financial reports on all significant issues regarding the status of assets and liabilities as of December 31, 2015. The report also states, among other things, that financial information and transactions were falsely presented.

Furthermore, the current gentlemen in power are not capable of conducting local elections in the city on the Neretva River, thereby further damaging the City of Mostar, because there is no City Council that would make decisions of vital importance for the functioning of the City Administration of Mostar.

This is yet another proof that the citizens of Mostar are completely deprived of all human rights, because without a shred of humanity, they spend the citizens' money and then falsely present reports to the Office for Audit of Institutions of the FBiH.

We ask ourselves, how long will the officials of the HDZ BiH and SDA, who are currently in power, squander our money as they please, while we are obliged to fulfill our duties towards the City of Mostar and the state. We believe that such behavior is extremely irresponsible towards the citizens of Mostar, and we point out to them that the patience of the PEOPLE OF MOSTAR has a limit - the statement said.
