DF: We will respect the electoral will of BiH citizens, we will not participate in mathematical coalitions

The Presidency of the Democratic Front held its 23rd session today, where the election results were analyzed. Satisfaction with the achieved results was noted. A complete analysis of the election results will be conducted after the final confirmation by the Central Election Commission, the Democratic Front announced, as reported by the Bosnian news agency Patria.

- The Presidency of the Democratic Front did not discuss potential negotiations and talks with other political parties. Should any offers for talks and government formation arise, the DF will base negotiations on its declared principles and values, as well as the goals of the party's election program. The Presidency of the DF made a decision not to participate in so-called mathematical coalitions, which would deny the electoral will of the citizens of BiH - the DF announced.

The Presidency unanimously stated that everything the Democratic Front does in the coming years must be motivated primarily by the progress of the country, and the preservation and consolidation of the left in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

- Regarding the call by the current president of the SDP for the unification of the left in BiH, the Presidency of the Democratic Front made a decision not to participate in factional struggles within another party, which we consider a sister party. Especially, given that it is unclear whether the current president of the SDP has the authorization of the SDP bodies for such an offer - the DF announced.

On the other hand, the Democratic Front extends a hand to all honest and honorable members of the SDP and is ready to embark on a process of consolidating the left based on values and principles.
