DF on BiH Presidency statement: We hope the result will be new jobs

The Democratic Front welcomes the decision of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina to adopt a joint statement on European commitment and necessary reforms on BiH's path to the EU, reports the Bosnian news agency Patria.

- The adopted statement confirmed that membership in the European Union is a strategic goal of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which has committed to implementing necessary reforms aimed at establishing institutional functionality and efficiency at all levels of government and preparing for future EU membership. We believe that this decision stems from the will of all peoples and citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina who are committed to the principles, values and goals on which the EU is founded, and that the joint statement will be supported by all political options committed to the EU.

We sincerely hope that the institutions of government in BiH will soon begin implementing measures to build a functional state with a sustainable and efficient social and economic system that will result in the creation of new jobs and a fair social environment.
