DF: Imposed government, through politics of false compromises, is handing over the Constitutional Court to separatists

(Patria) - The imposed government in the Federation of BiH, in the form of the HDZ - Trojka coalition, is once again trying to find a way and, through a bypass, appoint, or rather impose, an incompetent and unqualified Marin Vukoja as a judge of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the DF announced.

The Democratic Front condemns such attempts, which aim to achieve the plan of HDZ and SNSD dominance in the Constitutional Court of BiH.

"The oktroyed and imposed government has the option to choose from several expert candidates, but it is evident that Trojka's debt to HDZ is too great, so it, despite citizens' dissatisfaction, does not give up on imposing the unqualified Vukoja.

It is likely that the policy of alleged compromises is nothing more than a policy of fulfilling Dragan Čović's political wishes. The Democratic Front managed to prevent a sneaky midnight raid last summer when the current government expected to hand over the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina to separatists under the cover of night.

We will not give up on opposing the imposition of bad solutions this time either. Therefore, before the situation escalates, we call on the representatives of Trojka to reconsider once again before making a final decision.

A wrong decision will certainly not go without consequences.
