DF is ready to sit down with SDA and HDZ again, but we have new demands

Democratic Front will not be a brake nor will it block the establishment of a minority government of SDA-HDZBIH or any other coalition that would form the Government of the Federation of BiH, because the citizens of this country must not be collateral damage nor suffer because parties cannot agree, member of the Presidency of the Democratic Front Emir Suljagić told the BiH news agency Patria. 

Suljagić adds that since yesterday, when negotiations were interrupted, there are formally no obstacles to forming the Government of FBiH without DF. 

- If SDA decides that we sit down at the negotiating table again, then we start from scratch. All compromise offers we have made so far are forgotten, and we will come up with new demands, Suljagić states. 

As for the Council of Ministers of BiH, DF is firmly committed to remaining in it, and that at this moment, if the designate Denis Zvizdić invites them for consultations, they have their candidates' names ready. 

- We are staying in the Council of Ministers, and as far as we are concerned, the Government of FBiH can be formed without us. It will have our support in the FBiH Parliament, and we will support everything that is in the interest of the citizens, Suljagić points out. 

Before the start of today's session of the SDA Collegium, the party's deputy leader Bakir Izetbegović said that the Federal Government can be formed without DF, but that he will invite them once more to try to form a stable coalition. 

- I hope they can change their minds as they have done before. We hope that DF will return, that we will stabilize things, and if they don't return, we will look for alternatives or we will go for a minority government, but there is no more waiting, Izetbegović said.
