DF today discusses the Constitutional Court's decision to overturn the FBiH Government's Decree on company management

Representatives of the Democratic Front will hold a press conference today at the Democratic Front Center, regarding the decision of the Constitutional Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, by which the Decree on exercising authorities in business companies with state capital participation under the jurisdiction of FBiH was declared unconstitutional, writes the Patria News Agency.

Otherwise, as we wrote yesterday, the Constitutional Court of FBiH declared the Decree on company management unconstitutional, but this decision has not yet been published by the Constitutional Court of FBiH.

As the President of the Constitutional Court of FBiH, Domin Malbašić, told us, the decision was made but is not for public release.

- There is a procedure for publication, and it will be published when it goes through. I cannot confirm the information that this Decree has been overturned at the moment – Malbašić told Patria.

However, as we learn, Malbašić himself was against the Decree being declared unconstitutional, but Patria's source from the Constitutional Court of FBiH said that the Decree was declared unconstitutional.

Otherwise, the Vice President of FBiH, Milan Dunović, submitted a request for an assessment of constitutionality to the Constitutional Court of FBiH on June 9, while the public hearing on this request was held in the Court on November 2.

The adoption of this Decree was one of the key reasons for the collapse of the coalition represented by SDA, HDZ, and DF.

Nedim Ademović, the lawyer who represented Dunović, told NAP that he has not yet received the verdict.
