It happened, Dodik's son's Prointer did not pass the tender

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The public procurement commission for the "SA Procurement – Software Assurance for the existing Microsoft EA (Enterprise Agreement) contract", with an estimated value of 550,000.00 BAM excluding VAT, determined that the bids received by the City of Banja Luka administration were not acceptable.

The criterion for selecting the most favorable bidder was the lowest price, and the City received two bids.

One was submitted by a group of bidders "COMTRADE SYSTEM INTEGRATION" d.o.o. Sarajevo and "PROINTER ITSS" d.o.o. Banja Luka, with a total price of 573,298.44 BAM including VAT. The second came from a group of bidders "COMBIS" d.o.o. Sarajevo and "COMBIS" d.o.o. Zagreb, who offered to do the job for a price of 566,756.58 BAM including VAT.

However, both bids were ultimately rejected. Namely, when reviewing the bids, the commission determined that according to the tender documentation, bidders had to submit a bid security guarantee in the amount of 8,250 BAM, which must be valid for 60 days from the bid submission deadline. Prointer's guarantee was valid for one day less.
